How can I get Bihar Domicile Certificate?
Hi, I am from Bihar and wanted to take admission in an engineering college in Kolkata for which I need my Bihar Domicile certificate. So, how can I get it? To whom should I apply in Bihar?

[1] Affidavit as prescribed in Annexure -1 of the Domicile certificate form. [2] Identity proof -voter id card, Aadhar card, Ration card. [3] Resident proof-water bill, electricity bill, telephone bill, etc. This are the require document to get domicile certificate.
