Criteria of Domicile Certificate in Bihar?


Respected Sir,

Candidates all family members name is available in Madhepura voter list in bihar and also landowner in madhepura but candidates names also in Darbhanga voter list and he is not landowner in Darbhanga. Which Domicile Certificate is valid for Appointment.

Sir i am a resident of Darbhanga Bihar.Now I have purchase a flat in Pune.My family is now residing in Pune and my son is studying in Pune in class X in APS pune.Can I get the domicile cert in pune.

My residence in bihar(madhubani) my daughter educated in dadra nagar haveli (class VI to ClassXII) .
sir my daughter apply any Medical exam (no any problem them for domicle)

I am Madhubani,Bihar.Now residing in Bangalore for last 15 yrs but connected to my native as we have land and other properties. My children are getting educated from Bangalore from 1st to 12th.Aspiring now for med/engg exam there. Can they appear for med/engg entrance exam of Bihar as I am resident of Bihar??

My family is from bihar but right now we are living in haryana .how can i obtain domicile certificate which is required for applying for navy.

I have my domicile certificate of Maharashtra and I want to cancel it and make new domicile certificate in Bihar bcoz my caste certificate is of Bihar so is it possible and if so how much time it will take
