How can I get eligibility certificate for MCI? My age is 29


Sir,
my age is 29, i want to do mbbs at Ukraine , i belong to ST ( Caste certificate). Can i get an eligibility certificate from MCI ?

My percentage is 49 I wanna do mbbs..age 23..passed 12th in 2009. ..is there any way. ..?????

Sir I have completed pcm in 2018 by Andhra state board and in 2020 I have applied bio as additional sub along with practicales so I'll get two certificates will I eligible for mci certificate
