Yes off course you can get monthly 10000 salary without doing B.Com.
You can do any other course in which you interested from any recognized university. You just take admission in that course in which you are interested in a recognized and authorized university and in last year of that course which you do in placement you may be selected in a good company and you may got a salary above than 10000.

If you do not interested to do study after 12 then in now a days there are many vacancies in BANKs where you have age of 18 or above and you have communication skill with english language and you give exam of that post in bank and after qualifying a exam you have your own job....

So whatever you want you do...

First of all, to earn more money nowadays, without studies we cant do anything. So, finish your courses. And do your PG degree. Then only your aim of getting above ten thousand monthly salary can be earned.

yes u can get a job without doing b.com.
if u are passed 12th exam then some bank required clercial job for 12th pass student..u can get a good job in bank and salary is likly to be good like 15000 to 20000 around.
