Hi, I have completed my BCA with few backlogs which is cleared now. Am I eligible to join Indian Army now? How can I join Army and in which department? Do I need to write any entrance?

Yes, you can join Indian Army after completing BCA and clearing all pending backlogs.

To join Indian Army you will have to apply for CDS exam that is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

For clearing CDS exam, you will have to clear following two stages i.e.

• Written Test
• SSB Interview

Through CDS, you can join anyone of the following two wings i.e.

• Indian Army
• OTA (Officer's Training Academy)
