Thank you for giving this platform sirs/madams. My name is Bibekananda Medak from Assam. I have passed my Higher Secondary in the year of 2014 with 65% from science stream. After that i did diploma in Food and Beverage Service from Food Craft Institute, Nagaon, Assam under National Hotel Management Catering & Technology Council, Noida. At present I'm working in hotel industry. My question is that how can i join in defence job. so please sir/mad'm let me know.. I want to do sarkari naukiri... specially in defence.

After completing your Hotel Management graduation course you can join defence by appearing in CDS exam. It is a multiple choice exam which consists of knowledge, English, Maths.

The CDS exam notifications come out in the month of August and March and the exam is conducted in February and March in all national newspapers.

Aspirants should be unmarried and age limit of the contenders should be in between 19 and 24 years to join the Indian Military Academy or between 19 and 25 years to join the officers training academy.

Then must appear for the SSB interview and the medical examination.

This is the way you can join military after graduation.

After completion of graduation degree in Hotel Management, you have good option to enter in defense organizations. Being a graduate candidate, you can apply for various entrance exams like Indian Navy Artificer, Indian Army Soldiers, Indian Army Soldiers Clerks Exam, CDS, IFA etc.
So, you shall prepare for any of the above mentioned entrance exam and try to score good marks in entrance exam. After clearing the exam, you have to go through the interview and medical test which both are necessary to qualify.

Can I get a job after completing BSc Hotel Management as a Chef in Indian Navy or Indain Air force?

I am a (BHM) hotel management student if i am appyling any navy or air lines jobs we appy ,if they might have need any qualification ?that means a government jobs any in India

we can apply after doing diploma in hotel management?

Yes, you can apply for armed force.
The best option for a graduate to join the armed forces is CDSE.
CDSE-Combined Defense Service Examination,a entrance which is conducted by the UPSC.A chance to enter in to all the three wings of the defense.
CDSE is conducted for entry in to

~IMA-Indian Military Academy-a entry in the army.
~OTA-Officers Training Academy-a entry in the army.
~AFA-Air Force Academy-a entry in the air force.
~NA-Naval Academy-a entry in the navy.

Now in order to apply for the IMA and OTA,you need to be just graduate in the any stream through any mode of education.
Age limit-19 to 24 years for IMA and 19 to 25 years for OTA.(the ages are at the time of commencement of the course,but not when you are applying for the course).

Your graduation is in the hotel management,hence you are eligible for the army.

But to apply in the NA you need to have a B.SC (Bachelor of science in physics and maths) or Else a engineering degree.
And for AFA,the graduation from any stream but physics and maths in 10+2.

The age limit for NA is 19 to 22 years and for AFA is 19 to 23 years at the time of commencement of the course,not at time of applying for it.

Hence you can not apply for the NA,but if you had physics and maths in 10+2,then you are eligible for AFA.
The CDSE is conducted twice in a year,and the notifications are released on the official website of UPSC(www.upsc.gov.in) or else in the employment news papers.
