In order to join, IIM one should be a graduate. A graduate degree can be attained in any subject of their choice. 50% marks is necessary to apply in IIM. Candidates take up courses related to management like MBA, PGDM etc in IIM. IIM conducts CAT exam in order to select most eligible candidates in to these courses. GD and Personal interview should be qualified by those who clear written test.
