Yes ofcourse.B.com is best time you can prepare for CA.
First appear the CPT exam,it is entrance level based on foundation level knowledge of maths, accounts, econmics and Law. Second, after passing the cpt register for cpt third, join good coaching institute for your preparations. Remeber-CA preparation requires dedication, commitment and time management.
