I'm a Cse student and have an avg of 65% now. How to prepare for campus interview

sir, for the campus interview go through your syllabus and also prepare for the aptitude test.

For aptitude preparation prefer the book R.S.agarwal quantitative aptitude.

generally there are two types of process in a campus interview.

1. Technical Interview
2. HR interview.

in technical interview interviewer check your technical knowledge. how much technical knowledge you have in your subject they just check it. they ask questions from basic concept of your subject. they may ask your two or three favorite subject and may ask questions from that. so you must prepare two or three subject very well. so that if the ask questions from your favorite subject, you can answer them easily. beside your favorite subject prepare one or two computer languages like C, JAVA etc. because in technical interview they may ask you to write a programing any computer programming language as you are from computer science engineering. so you must be prepared for that. try to built concept in programming field.

in HR interview they will just check you personality. they will ask some common questions like introduce yourself, why you want to join in this company, your strength/weakness, your hobby, question may ask related to your hobby and other. try to find out some common HR interview question easily you will get it from interview. you may know answer of all these question or there may not be one perfect answer. but you have to answer these questions in your own way. you must be unique in that portion. you must convince the interviewer with your answer. don't try to bluff in front of interviewer they are generally very experienced person. easily they will capture you.

you have good percentage of marks. you have to appear in so many campus interview till you are selected fora job. so start preparing for interview from now in your own way. give attention not only in technical section but also in HR section. you must be good in your english communication skill. you must have good personality suitable with the industry.

There are so many MNCs or small company recruit the students through

1:Aptitude Test,

2:General Discussion(GD)

3:Personal Interview(Technical Interview ,HR Interview)

Now-a-days GD is not included(depends on company) in campussing.

However,at first for any interview you should have
Positive Attitude,

Confidence,

Smartness,

Positive Body Language,

Eye-contact to the Interviewer,

Gentle Smile in Face .

At first you will be appeared for the Aptitude Test,after cracking the test you will be appeared for Technical Interview in which you will be tested the technical knowledge ,your basic idea on the basic subjects.

After cracking the Technical interview you will go for HR interview in which your personality will be checked out.

If you satisfy their desire,you will be finally selected.

dear viney,u r technical student and i think so many comes in your campus for best employ.gerenally they are selecting a student through two pattern
1.technical type: firstly if u have a sufficient knowledge of that course who are u doing.and get a good marks after solving a question paper. u will defenetly select for them but before paper get ready. this is not imp. on your percentage.
Interview : if thay are selecting a candidate via interview u have a good personality.confidence and marks.

As you are from CSE stream then you have to appear in the campus drive of any software company..
In the campus drive you have to first go through the aptitude test after qualifying in aptitude test you have to face the interview.

To crack the interview you have to improve the soft skills in you..
Soft skills like-

1.Personality

2.Attitude

3.Communication skill

4.Politeness

5.Presents of mind

6.behavior

these are the qualities you have to improve in you..
Beside this you must have a good technical knowledge , because interviewer can ask you questions from your technical papers..
You have to prepare yourself for some common interview questions like-
*Tell me about yourself
*Why you want to join our company?
*What is your strength points?
*What is your weak points?
*After five years in which position you want to see yourself?
These questions are very simple , but at that moment you will get nervous ,and if you don't able to answer these question properly, then it will create bad impression..
In interview you have to impress the interviewer any how..

dear vinay,u r student of CSE so in campus placement are two type: 1. technical 2.interview
firstly if any company organize a campus through written bases u have to full knowledge which are u read in sem. marks and percentage not affect u selection if u get a good marks in written and u will select with proper preparation.but if campus selection through interview u have good control on communication skill,subject with confidence and body language.and no confuse infront on panal so u got it.

If you want to get a campus placement than the first step your aptitute

should be strong because the aptitute test is the essential part for a campus

placement.You can take reference of the book r.s.agarwal.

After that you are eligible for interview so now you should have knowledge

about your field So its the main requirment for a campus placement that you

have good knowledge about your field.So this is some important thing which

helps you to get placement.

Technical interview points
dear friend about technical interview it is the most toughest part of any interview process so you should be very strong in your about basic concepts which you have studied in your subjects.

2.you should be very sure on your answer.
3.think before giving any answer.
4.be confident whether you are right or wrong.
5.maintain a quite smile face for all the time

First of all you should have good communication skills for attending campus placements.The interview based on written test,group discussion,technical round and personal interview.
Be consentrat on written test,speak in english as much as possible to increase english speaking fluency.
Be confident on personal interview while facing.
