IAS (ie):- Indian Administrative Service and this entrance examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission for every year.

IAS Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

-Should Complete Graduation in any discipline from recognized University.
-Final year or waiting result of gradation are also eligible.
-Age should be in between 21 years to 30 years.
-Candidates who belong to SC /ST Category will be relaxed in age upto 5 years and Those who belong to OBC Category will be relaxed upto 3 years.

after 12th board you want to apply for Indian administrative services great,
but with some knowledge about criteria you can easily fight

upper age limit for general 26yrs,for sc/st:29 yrs,for obc:28 yrs

first go for any graduation course just for eligibilty required to appear in the exam,as according your wish go for either private or regular course,but your
aim is IAS exam and not graduation course so,i think go for private,and join any coaching with graduation course so that you make your mindset crystal clear for the exam in one shot ,try out previous years ,mark important topics
make notes and refer notes before few days of exam
