i m a physiotherapist working under stste medical department manipur. But my payscale is just starts from 5200 with a grade pay of 2400 and we r put under the category of technician. How i can upgrade my pay and post.

In government jobs you get pay scale as per your post.
To upgrade post eligibility criteria must be fulfilled.as If you are eligible for a post then you can apply for it which having higher pay scale.
