On completion of the training period , the new recruit joins at the payband 3 of about Rs: 15,600 – 39,100 in the Junior Scale. In addition, the new recruit will also get Grade Pay of Rs 5400 during the training period. The initial two years are considered as the probation period. On completion, he/she is posted as a SDM ( Sub Divisional Magistrate ).
