website within 15 days time from the last date of receipt of the Application Forms.

AIPMT 2011 - Admit Card Information

The Admit Card will be sent to the candidates by post. In case the Admit card for Preliminary Examination is not received by 20th March 2011, candidate should contact the Board between 21-03-2011 to 29-03-2011 only. However, admit card would also be made available on website.


In no case, the duplicate Admit Card for both Preliminary & Final Examinations would be issued at the Examination Centres.

AIPMT Application
The Information Bulletin containing Application Form can be obtained against cash payment of Rs.800/- for General/OBC Category and Rs. 450/- for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Category from any of 177 specified branches of Canara Bank situated in the different part of the country.

There are two ways to apply for AIPMT 2011: Offline and Online.

Offline
Offline submission of Application may be made on the prescribed Application Form. The Information Bulletin and Application Form costing Rs.800/- for General/OBC Category and Rs.450/- for SC/ST category can be obtained against Cash Payment from the designated branches of Canara Bank/Regional Offices of the CBSE between 20-10-2009 to 27-11-2009. Information Bulletin and Application Form can also be obtained by Post from the Board by sending a written request with a Demand Draft for Rs.850/- for General/OBC Category and Rs.500/- for SC/ST Category payable to the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi along with a Self Addressed Envelope of size 12″ x 10″. The request must reach to the Board on or before 18-11-2009. The request should be superscribed as “Request for Information Bulletin and Application Form for AIPMT-2010″.

Online
Online submission of application may be made by accessing the Board’s website www.aipmt.nic.in from 20-10-2009 (10.00 A.M.) to 27-11-2009 (5.00 P.M.). Instructions for sending online application, payment of fee and computer generated printout are available on the Board’s website.

Fee of Rs.800/- for General/OBC Category Candidates and Rs.450/- for SC/ST Category Candidates may be remitted in the following ways:

By Credit card
Through Demand Draft in favour of the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Delhi.
Last date of submission of Application Form: Both offline and online(Computer generated printout) Application should be sent through registered post/speed post only so as to reach to the Board on or before 04-12-2009.

For Candidates qualified for the Final Examination- a separate admit card indicating the new roll number and other details will be issued. If the Admit Card is not received by 3rd May 2011, the candidate should contact to the Board between 04-05-2011 to 10-05-2011 only.

In no case, the duplicate Admit Card for both Preliminary & Final Examinations would be issued at the Examination Centres. Candidate must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made therein. Candidates are advised to preserve their Admit Cards in good condition till admission in Medical/Dental Colleges is over.

you can check your status report of application form on

and enter your Application number....

if it shows

Form not received

then you need contact the Board before 07.02.2011..

and for the same you need below documents ready with you

• Photocopy of the filled-in Application Form
• Original receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the Application Form.

and if you have applied online then

• Photocopy of the computer generated filled in Application Form.
• Original receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the Application Form.
• Proof of fee paid ..

There is no way to heck the status of your admit card i.e whether they have dispatched your admit card or not.

You can check the status of your application form by visiting the official website:

So you can check the status of your application form from there & if your application form has been received then within some days you will surely get your admit card.

Exam is on April 3rd 2011 ,so for some more days you will have to wait.

METHOD OR PRODCEDURE TO CHECK THE AIPMT APPLICATION STATUS



First of all visit the official website of AIPMT that is http://aipmt.nic.in/aipmt2011/aipmt/welcome.html or click here

Secondly click on the link-"Confirm Status of Application" or click here

You will see a new window asking for your application number. Just enter your application number there and press "Submit" button.
The details for your application will be displayed.

You will definitely get your admit card on time if you have filled the form correctly and are eligible for filling the form .

For Confirmation of receipt of Application Form please check the file attached by me at the end.

If you fails to Get your Admit Card before 20th March 2011 then you need to contact to AIPMT board between 23rd March 2011 to 29th March 2011.

You should wait till 16th march if you dont receive it then -

check your details on www.aipmt.nic.in -

if your details are available on the website then you will have to give your roll no phone no.011-22059683 or send e-mail on [email protected] or through fax on 011-22509251.

if your details are not available on the website then contact cbse office with a photocopy of the application form and original receipt that you would have received from post office ,

then you will get a duplicate admit card within 6 days

or you may directly download it.
