My cousins AIPMT application form has not been received by the board by 27/1/11(I have checked on site). Her application number is 520227. I have written mail to them with scanned copy of all required papers. But there is no reply from their side. I am trying to contact them over phone, but the phone is engaged. What to do? Should I meet them in Delhi in person? What is the procedure? Kindly help me.

In that case, dont lose your hope, try calling them again and again, send various mails.

But if you have sent the correct information then the hall ticket will surely come.

If you dont have any choice then,that will be the last and best option but at least try for sometime.

If any candidate who had sent Application Form through speed post/registered post and against his/her application number, the information is available that “FORM HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED”, in such cases candidates are advised to contact the Board latest by 07.02.2011 along with the following documents -

IN CASE APPLICATION FORM IS SUBMITTED OFFLINE –

- Photocopy of the filled-in Application Form

- Original receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the Application Form.

IN CASE APPLICATION FORM IS SUBMITTED ONLINE (With and without late fee)–

- Photocopy of the computer generated filled in Application Form.

- Original receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the Application Form.

- Proof of fee paid (Photocopy of the Demand Draft, if fees remitted through DD/Photocopy of the statement of the Card if fee is paid through Credit Card).

In the situation the candidates advised to contact the board latest by 7.2.11

along the following document.

In case Application Form is submitted Offline -

1)Photocopy of the filled-in Application Form.

2) Original receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the

Application Form.

In case Application Form is submitted Online –

1) Photocopy of the computer generated filled in Application Form.

2) Original receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the

Application Form.

Your form has been received, as i have entered your roll number which you have provided. So don't get worried about the admit card. They will send your admit card as soon as possible on your mentioned address.

It seems that you have tried all you can to get information of your cousin's form, which you say you have submitted and have also done the procedure as mentioned on their website and written above.

So i suggest you the following few steps:
1.First and foremost, ask her whether she had submitted the form on line or offline?
After knowing the method of submission, kindly redo the procedure as mentioned in the above post.
2.continue to contact them over the telephone untill you get through them.
3.It would be best if you go and meet them in person.
Problems which cannot be solved by talking hours over the phone get solved when you have a face to face meeting.

So try these procedures as time is short. Act fast.

If your couison's AIPMT , 2011 application form is being shown as "not recieved" on the AIPMT website then you should follow the instructions mentioned therein.

You should immediately contact the board with the following documents:

Photocopy of the filled-in Application Form/computer generated form.

Original receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the Application Form.

Proof of fee paid (Photocopy of the Demand Draft, if fees remitted through DD/Photocopy of the statement of the Card if fee is paid through Credit Card). (in case of online application form)

Remember no request for non-receipt of Application Form would be entertained by the CBSE after 07.02.2011.

Those candidates whose status of application form is not shown on the AIPMT website by 27.01.2011, they should follow these instructions:
Send the photocopy of the filled in application form with receipt given by the post office at the time of dispatch of the application form by speed/registered post.
All these should reach the office of AIPMT on or before 07.02.2011.
Applicants who applied online are also required to send the online filled application form photocopy alongwith proof of fee paid either by DD or through credit/debit card and the receipt of the post office.
You should also contact the conerned authority for proper actions and instructions.

As you are suffering very Bad situation but Don't worry they are going to update the site on March 1st week. Just wait for some more days.

If you still don't find your application status with Center Details then you must call them frequently, They will receive for sure when their phone will ringed by you..

As if Again there's No response you should meet up the authority to the Following Address.

According to your application number i cheked your application status then it show that "your application form has not been received till 27-1-2011". So i advise you to contact the AIMPT office. The contact information is given in the prospectus.

and waiit for responce.
