How to do CS after completing LLB course?


I have completed llb three year course in 2009 & mba in 2012 with second division,now i want to do cs ,please tell me ,is it the sutable me? If yes ,please give me details about subject sellabus, duration etc in details.

hi friend,

yes, Company Secretary course is good for after completing degree.

Eligibility:

Candidate must completed 12th class/ Graduation from a recognized University.

Minimum Duration:

2 1/2 years for Graduate candidate.

3 1/2 years for 12th passed candidate.

Exams: Conducted in June and December every year for all three levels

Three level of programs available:

1. Foundation program
2. Executive program.
3. Professional Program.

Executive program is good for graduate candidates.

Graduate students are eligible directly for this program,

minimum studying : 1year
maximum studying : need to be completed with in 5 years.

Syllabus:

Module I:
1. General and Commercial laws.
2. Company Accounts, Cost and Management Accounting.
3. Tax laws.

Module II:

1. Company laws.
2. Economic and labour laws.
3. Securities laws Compliances..
