How to do degree course after doing diploma in engineering?


i am 35 years old.i have done diploma in engineering,i want to do degree course(not in engineering,but in arts)is it possible ? how ?pl let me know..thanks.._KETAN

i got 44% in 2 puc pcme i will not get engineer seat through cet so can i join diplomo then can i go to enginner?
