ISEET stands for Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test. This entrance examination was earlier conducted for admission of candidates into various disciplines of engineering but now has been replaced by Joint Entrance Examination.

Eligibility criteria for Genetic Engineering:

>>Candidate must have done 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics or Biology. Minimum of 75% marks is required in 10+2 to apply for Joint Entrance Examination Main which is first stage of JEE Main.

Candidates who qualify JEE Main and are in top 2 lacs candidates are eligible for JEE Advanced.

Other than JEE, you can apply for State Level engineering entrance examinations, private engineering exams like BITSAT, SRMEEE, VITEEE etc.

>>The salary will depend upon in which organization you are going to work plus your knolwedge and your institute from where you get placement. As a fresher, you will get minimum of 40000-50000 rupees in any organization.
