How do i enrole for the ph.d through online and which is very good university for the Ph.d Course

You can apply through online via official websites of the universities in which you want to join. Make sure that you are satisfying the Eligible criteria of the university. If you do, then you can shortlisted for interview. You have not mentioned about the course in which you want to do PhD, so it is not possible to say good universities. Here are the few points that you need to be check while applying for PhD to a university;

> Your research proposal should explain briefly about the benifits of your research to the society.
