Am I eligible for Ph.D being a candidate having completed M.Sc in Botany in the year of 1999 with 53%?


Sir,i have done M.sc in Botany in 1999 with 53%. I am a belongs to general category. Am I eligible for Ph.d. If yes please suggest.
