Yes, you're eligible for M.Tech course after completing B.Tech course, In order to get admission for M.Tech course you need to crack the GATE Entrance Examination with good marks. There are lot Engineering Institution/University which accept GATE score card.

M.Tech stands for (Master Technology). It's like an Master Degree course. To apply for this M.Tech course the you need to satisfy the below criteria,

-Applicant should be complete B.Tech/B.E/M.Sc with minimum 60% percentage of marks from recognized university.
-Applicant should be qualified in GATE Entrance Examination with good marks.
-Applicant should be fluent in English language.

So, After completing B.Tech course I suggest you to apply for GATE Entrance Examination in order to get admission for M.Tech course in reputed Institution.
