How to do M.Tech in Environmental Engineering? I have scored 1982 rank and 322 score


Hello Sir,
I got 1982 rank and score of 322 in Biotechnology paper GATE 2012. I could not proceed further as my course ( M.Sc in Env. Biotechnology form J.N.T.U.H) completes by October 2012 only. Now in GATE 2013 I didn't qualify. I want to do M.Tech in Environmental Engineering.
So, can i get admission using that score and if so in which institutes i do have a chance.?
