The Sikkim Manipal University - Directorate of Distance Education, do not offers Phd program. The University offers Phd program through full time and part time mode.

Since, you are looking to pursue Phd program through distance mode, you may look for the Indian Management School & Research Centre. The Institute offers Phd program through distance mode. Candidate having Masters Degree in any discipline, may look to pursue the program. Graduate with minimum fifteen years of experience also eligible for the course.

The Institute also offers UGC approved Phd program in various subjects in collaboration with CMJ University. The duration of the program is 30 to 35 months from the date of admission. Candidate with Masters Degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate are eligible to pursue the course. Candidate can do Phd in any specialization irrespective of their Master Degree specialization.
