Dear Sir,
I got the spelling of my name changed from “APURVA” to “APOORV” after passing class X. Hence my name in class X certificate is “APURVA” but now while appearing in class XII it will be shown as “APOORV”. How should I fill up my name in IIT JEE application form ?

see, as per IIT JEE rules and Regulations, you must score at least 60% in 12th (in PCM), since they only see 12th result, you only put that name, that is on your 12th marksheet.

Since you have, Migration Certificate, TC, and AISSCE certificate with your current name only. You are supposed to enter your currrent name.

what name your matriculation certificate contains that only you can use,otherwise you need a court affidvaid.

your name should be according to the 12 mark sheet.

To fill the JEE-IIT form. the name should be correct in english and capital letter.

When the application forms will be published?

my name is jigar patel in 10th cbse marksheet so can i write jigar manubhai patel? which one is eligible?

IIT JEE requires you to pass your 10+2 from a recognized board and you should not have any compartment pending in any of your subjects.

So, as a matter of fact, IIT is only and mostly concerned with your HS performance, marksheet, and result.
Even if you had a different name before 10th, As of now you have to fill up your current name in the IIT JEE form.

by mistake i have staple the iit forms and then taken out and little bit paper tear is there any problem?

you must not be tense while filling the form.
Just write you full name as per your 10th result name in any letters . Fill the form completel, if you are belonging to sexual caste attach its certificate and post through speed post.

father's n mother's full name should b written.?
