Well you are going to prepare for Mahindra satyam , First of all i would like to say that if you are preparing for cat exams then it is very easy to crack any written exams of software companies.

If not, then start preparing from the R.S Agarwal books (Aptitute,english,verbal nonverbal reasoning) it is more then enough.
you can also prepare from the BSC publications books Specially Aptitute book of M.Tyra.

You can also prepare online where the pattern of the exam is given I am giving some of the websites which will be very helpful

If you are in your final year or 3rd year you can start prepn now. Best of luck to you, try little bit you will surely crack Mahindra Satyam.
