then how can i get admission in iit.. what to do for admission.. which form i have to fill or all this

Dear,
you didn't mention in what course you are trying to apply for.
If you want to get admission in B.Tech. then you need to clear IIT JEE exam.
If you want to get admission in Int BS MS Program (5 year dual ) or Int PhD (5 year ms-phd dual program) then you need to fill form given in IIT website.
And if you want to do PhD in any subject from IIT Delhi then first you must have any fellowship like CSIR-UGC Net JRF/NBHM/GATE/INSPIRE/DBT etc and if you have this then fill the application form (appears twice in a year) and give interview if you get shortlisted. Sometimes if you dont have fellowship and apply for phd through application form, then also you may be shortlisted for interview but then your selection depends on your performance in interview, and once you clear interview,IIT Delhi will give fellowship.
