I am a lecturer in chemistry(degree college)with msc and mphil,also set qualified,am working for nearly 2 decades, based in mumbai,now desire to pursue phd in chemistry preferably part time,can i know how to start and where to approach for the same. Thank you.

I am M.Sc. appear in chemistry , there any way for full time PhD without set ,net, gate exam.

first you have to choose your university then follow the rules in that university.
first you have to present a topic regarding to your area of interest. after that there will be written test for you

I am doing job ,having intrested ph.d in organic chemistry in forign uni.with scolship

first you should qualify GATE or CSIR/UGC-NET.then you can apply to study ph.d in any indian recognised university.they will provide fellowships also.
