I have 40 persentage mark in BSC physics.can i get admission for MBA in avation?

Yes, you are eligible to get admission in MBA course but only after qualifying in entance examination.

You have very low aggregate in bachelor degree so you have the only left option is to score better in entrance examination to get admission in best institutes and desired stream.

So, you can appear for entrance examination such as MAT or XAT as the required qualification to appear for entrance examination is that the candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline with minimum passing marks from a recognised university.
