sir,i am expecting 20-22 marks in gate 2013 and i am from ece branch and belongs to sc community.what are my chances to get admission in nit?will i get a call for interview from various psu's recruiting through gate 2013 where i have applied.thank you.please reply.

Your marks are low.
Cut of for general category is nearly 24-27 marks.
Cut of SC/ST is nearly 19-20 marks.

So you are just above the cut of marks in your categories ( each year cut off marks are different, so it is possible that cut of marks may increase or decrease then mentioned)

its difficult for you to get admission in top NIT as these the competition is high even in category. You may get into lower NIT.

i got 23.67 mark in civil engineering in 2014.what opportunity can i get.i had missed in 0.24 marks.
