Is there any chance to get admission in NIT after scoring 37 marks in GATE?

I got 37 marks(93%) in gate.I am under obc category.is there any chance to get admission to NITs.please reply soon................ |

i got a score of 162 in gate 2012,i am from cse department and belong to a general category.my marks is 20.97.can anybody suggest me about taking admission?

GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. For GATE examination candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognized university. Final year student are also eligible for GATE examination. As per my knowledge you are not eligible to get admission in NIT after scoring 37 marks in GATE.
As per my suggestion you can apply for admission in private college which accept your score.
