i got 461 score in gate 2014 any chance to get admission in nit and am obc student

As per your information your question is wrong because the exam of GATE is only for the net worth of 100 marks and that includes technical subjects, General awareness and reasoning.
It could be that your rank in obc kota could 461 and if this is then you can easily get the nit collage or IIT collage for the M.tech admission.

I am telling this because last time i also have appeared in GATE exam and then the cutoff marks in obc kota were 22.5 and in 2015 it is 25 only for obc out of 100 so if this is your rank then you can easily go for counselling and get the admission in M.tech in any nit or IIT collage.
