i am graduate in art from mumbai university distance education now iwant todo part time or distance education programs in phd in public administration in mumbai university

Eligibility-PhD Admission:-

candidates with masters and equivalent degree from recognized university.

IGNOU PhD Admission 2012-

For doctoral Programmes, application forms submitted between 01 April and 30 September are considered for January session while applications received between 01 October and 31 March are consider for July session.

Eligibility:-

Master degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks for SC/ST/PH candidates.
Equivalent grade from a university or a recognized institute of higher learning and five years of teaching/industry/administration/professional experience at senior level.
