I am working as supretendent in Punjab. My age is 45 yrs. I have done MA Public Admin with 50% marks from Panjab University. To which University I should contact for PhD programme through distance education

Eligibility for PhD (Public Administration) through distance education:- You must have done Masters in Public Administration with atleast 55% marks from recognized Indian institution. There is no upper age criteria to apply for this course.
