You get the application form of the official website of NIA.

Procedure to fill the application form online-

Go to the official website of NIA.
Now click on online at the home page of official website NIA.
Here you get the "New Registration" link on the left side of the page. .
Click on that link and after that a new page is open. Log In & Fill the correct details such as Personal Information, Exam Details, Education Details etc.
Upload the scanned documents.
Pay application fee online through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
Submit your application. And after that you get the application registration Number
Take the printout of that application for your future reference.
