Nice to see your Interest in Indian Air force, But after completing your 10th examination, you are not eligible to apply for Air force.

To apply for this examination, you must have to complete your 12Th examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects. Final year appearing candidates are also eligible to apply for This examination. But after completing 10th, you are Not eligible to apply for Indian Air Force.

So, please complete your 12Th examination form Science Stream with Maths and Physics as a compulsory Subjects and then you are eligible to apply for NDA (National Defence Academy Examination). This examination is Conducted by UPSC, Twice in a year and eligible candidates may apply for these wings of NDA :

>> Army Wings
>> Naval Wings
>> Air Force Wings.

But to apply for this examination, your age should between 16.5 to 19 Years.

The Notification of NDA Examination will be Published Twice in a year in the employment Newspaper or in the UPSC Website, Eligible candidates may fill the NDA Application form Online, So please complete your 12Th examination and then apply for NDA, And if you need more Information then please chgeck official website :

My dear friend after completion of 10th you are not eligible for get a job in Air Force.

This is good that you are interested in AIr Force.

To join Air Force complete your 12th with science stream.The Compulsory subjects are Physics and Maths.

The age limit is 17-19 yrs.

So after completing 12th you can join the Air Force.

Sorry to say that you are not eligible foe NDA exam.Because you are now in 10th standard.


Educational Qualification-

You must have complete the 12th with physics, maths, chemistry..
You must have secure 60%marks in 12th..

Age criteria-

The age should be in between 16-19years.
There is no SC/ST , OBC criteria.

The candidate must be physically fit like- Eye sight, Height, Weight, Color blindness etc.

If you fulfill the criteria you can seat in NDA exam.

EXAM DATE FOR NDA EXAM:-

Date of commencement of notification : 31-12-2011
Last date to receive completed application forms : 30-01-2012
Date of NDA I Exam : 15-04-2012

You are not allowed yo join Indian force only after 10th , you have to qualify 12th with science stream with Maths. then you have to clear the NDA examination and qualify the interviewer session of NDA. Then only you can join Indian Air Force.

frnd u cant directly join Air force after 10th..you should complete 12th class with science combination..and they will call for entrance exams..after passing the exam u can join...
or u can comlete BE degree then join through entrance exam
