The criteria of CAPGEMINI is given below:-

1)Candidate must be score at least 60% in through out career.
2)Pending Backlog are not allowed.
3)Maximum 1 year gap are allowed.

The Selection process of CAPGEMINI:-

1)Aptitude Test.
2)Technical Test
3)Personal Interview.

So you can apply for Capgemini through off campus.

Means you can upload your resume to CAPGEMINI website.

How to get into Capgemini my dream company being a candidate of pursuing 4th year B.E information science????

Capgemini is a very good multinational company doing business in management consulting, outsourcing and professional services. It is a world-wide company operation in almost 40 countries.

To get a job in the Capgemin there are two ways:

1) First you can be recruited in the campus placements drive while the company visits your college for the recruitment.
2)Second way is through the off-campus, when the company is putting advertisement for the job opening then there one can apply according to the eligibility.

now that you are in the 4th year in IT branch you may follow the above for getting into your dream company.

Now the general eligibility for the Capgemini are :

1) 60 % of marks in 10th and 12th board exams.
2)60%/6 cgpa in the b.tech/b.e without any current backlogs.

And the written test consists of 3 sections namely English , Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
After this there is the GD and TI+PI (Technical and Personal interview).

So prepare well for the exam.
