The application forms are not yet available and therefore, it is not possible to say whether it will be available online or not and if it does, the dates of availability of the application forms, either online or offline, has not been yet announced.
The test has been scheduled on 10-05-2012 and therefore, the application forms might be issued during the month of February, 2012.

The CET is scheduled for 10th May. Detailed notification is yet to be issued. Please keep visiting their site http://www.dmer.org/vol.htm regularly.
