Bachelor degree from a recognized institute is enough to apply for P.O jobs in banks. You can apply for the position in public/private sector banks according to your interest. IBPS is conducting common written exam two times a year. Those who qualify the test can join any of the 19 nationalized banks after interview. Application details and selection process can be collected from the official portal of IBPS or the official portal of the bank.
