Advantages of becoming the probationary officer?
if an interviewer ask me that
why do you want to join this organisation.if you join any s/w company then you get more salary than bank.so why you want here for probationary officer...? please sir give me a nice reply..... email id :meshram_sunny1983@yahoo.co.in

Dear Friend,
For Young graduates like you banking profession is the best choice. It is a most wanted job position . It is because it provides much respect and prestige in the society. And as a probationary officer, it is a unique one. Of course in software companies the payment scale is more when compared to other fields.But it is temporary and it does not enjoy the respect and prestige in the society as a bank job does. Hence it is wise to choose probationary officer as the profession.
