Re: Advantages of becoming the probationary officer?
Dear Friend,
For Young graduates like you banking profession is the best choice. It is a most wanted job position . It is because it provides much respect and prestige in the society. And as a probationary officer, it is a unique one. Of course in software companies the payment scale is more when compared to other fields. But it is temporary and it does not enjoy the respect and prestige in the society as a bank job does. Hence it is wise to choose probationary officer as the profession. |

Quote:
Both positions in bank are for specialist officer but in Bank PO specifically you work on as higher post on clerical cadre while in Bank IT Officer you are again at a higher position but your working involves handling the Computer Department as in Hardware and Software Managements of Bank.
