How to get rid of a mistake during bank payment of online application of ICMR NET JRF


I made a mistake of bank payment through SBI Challan. So, now my application form do not appear. I deposited bank payment on or before 48 hrs after generated challan. Online application system generated challan on 3rd march and I deposited bank payment on 4th march. Could you please help on that and inform me what should I do right now.
