how to get selected in the cts campus interview which is held in vit? the first written test is there any books to follow?

Cognizant Technology Solution is one of the biggest IT company in India and CTS hires an average of 4000 freshers every year. The recruitment process is common to other IT companies. There will be three round of rejection which includes Online Aptitude test, Technical round of personal interview and HR round of interview.

The first round will be of online aptitude test, and online objective type questions will be asked. But if the number of candidates will be more then Group discuss round may be introduced to shortlist the candidates. Questions will be asked from General Mathematics, Logical reasoning, etc. Questions neither too easy nor too hard,means if you are doing regular practice the you can easily crack this online aptitude round.
You can take help of RS Agrawal, Arun Sharma and some CAT level books of Arihant for the best practice. If you clears this round then the next round will technical interview, in which you will be asked about your branch and some technical question related to Computer subjects like Basic of C, C++, DBMS, Core JAVA , etc.
Once you get shortlisted in this round then you will be called for HR round which is basically done to check candidate communication skills and some other information like weather is able to relocate or not? , What are his/her goals? Tell me about yourself, How efficient you are ? About your family background , etc. Juts be confident at the time of interview and try to give answer in short and too the point. Just say no, If you are not knowing the answers.

Your communication skills should be at excellent level and hence focus on your speaking skills as well as on soft skills like Personality development.

To get selected in CTS Campus Interview, first you must have to clear aptitude written test. Candidates who have shortlisted in Aptitude Written test will be shortlisted for further rounds.

The next round may be Group Discussion or Personal Interview, if large number of candidates are shortlisted from written test. You need to have excellent communication skills to get selected in Group Discussion round.

If the next round is Personal Interview, your subject knowledge will be tested and there will be a HR round also as the final round. By qualifying all the rounds of recruitment process, you will be selected into CTS.
