How to get study visa of Canada if got aggregate 58.65% in 12th and 64%, 54% and 48% in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics respectively?


Hello sir, I have passed 12th from Science (Mathematics) stream and got aggregate 58.65%. I got 64%, 54% and 48% in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics respectively. I tried 2 times for Canadian visa but embassy refused my application. Please tell me how to get study visa of Canada?
