sir, i complete my BSC COMPUTER SCIENCE and CCNA and i have 2 years of experience in IT Feild in NETWORKING and i am doing MBA MARKETTING in
IGNO 2ND Year. i want a job in CBI

CBI entry is only through an entrance test and also through transfer within the police service.

If you want to become a higher post CBI officer than the only faster way is to get through IPS exam as the seats are filled mostly by high class IPS officers.

75 % is the posts are filled through direct application for vacancies while rest of the vacancies are filled through an entrance test which is called SSC exam(Staff service selection). Once you clear the exam you will be called for an interview and a physical fitness test.

Which if you clear then you will be eligible for the post.

*General awareness-75
*Numerical ability-75
maximum marks-200
paper duration-2hr

*English language,language comprehensive.
*Communication/writing-200
paper duration-2hr
(physical ability test)

You can join CBI through the entrance exams like SSC or the IPS exam, conducted by the UPSC.

The minimum eligibility to apply for these exams is to have a graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university.

As you have done B.Sc graduation ,you are eligible to apply for the exams.

You have to crack the written test and then the personal interview and as well as physical criteria.

After going through all these steps you can be posted in the CBI department.

Keep your eyes on the notification in national newspapers and different magazines like employment news. The notification of these exams are published in the newspapers every year.

Eligibility Criteria:-To join CBI you need to appear for CGPE exam i.e. Combined Graduate preliminary Exam which is conducted by SSC board every year.

QUALIFICATION: Minimum Qualification is Graduation in any Discipline.

AGE: You should be in between 20 to 27 years of Age. & special Relaxation is given to SC/ST which is 5 years and For OBC 3 years.
