To apply for Combined Defense Service Exam, you just need to hold a bachelors degree in any stream. There is no percentage criteria to apply for the exam, which means you are eligible no matter how mush scored in your bachelors degree examination.
The minimum eligible age to apply for the exam is 19 years.
The maximum age limit varies as per the training academies.

For Indian Military Academy, the maximum age limit is 24 years.
For Naval Academy, it's 22 years
For Air Force Academy, the maximum age limit is 23 years.

1.The candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade from a recognized university.

2.The age should be in between 19-24 years.

UES(University Entry scheme) eligibility:-

1.The candidate must have complete the graduation in engineering field with 60% aggregate.

2.The age should be in between 18-28 years.

You can go for any of these exams..
After qualifying in any of these exam you have to go through the SSB interview.
If you able to crack the interview then you can join in Indian Army.

After Graduation Indian Army can be joined in basically through two ways:-

CDS and UES

CDS - COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE exam conducted by UOSC twice every year as CDS-I and CDS-II for entry in to Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officer's Training Academy of CDS.

The candidate must be an unmarried Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any discipline from a recognised University within the age of 19 to 24 years can apply for Indian Military Academy of CDS.

UES-UNIVERSITY ENTRY SCHEME exam conducted by Indian Army, the candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation in any stream with at least 60% marks within the age of 18 to 28 years is eligible for UES.

The selection is through written exam followed by SSB interview after which the successful candidate may join Indian Army.

To join INDIAN ARMY you just have to clear the entrance exam called CDSE.

Any Graduate can apply for CDS examination but for different academy there is different eligibility criteria.

If you want to join Indian Army through CDS exam then you should be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

For Air Force and Navy through CDS exam you should be Graduate in Engineering or Physics or Maths .

The age limit for different Academies through CDS exam is as follows:

-For Air Force Academy age must be between 19 to 23 years.

-For Naval Academy age should be between 19 to 22 years.

-For Indian Military Academy 19 to 24 years.

-For Officer's Training Academy 19 to 25 years.

The exam will consist of following stages and you have to clear every stage:

-Objective type paper

-SSB interview

-Medical Examination

Please make sure that you are medically fit otherwise you will face problem in medical examination.
