my name is mathew vs,from kerala,idukki.sir i am bca 3rd semaster student.
i like to join indian army by passing to upsc exam.but i am shortsite(-1.25).how can i join to
indian army.

Yes, you are eligible to join the Indian Army after the BCA. The examination is conducted by the UPSC as the CDS.

CDS stands for the Combined Defense Services and the examination is conducted by the UPSC twice every year. The eligibility to apply for the examination is :-

* Candidate must have passed the graduation from the recognised university.
* Candidate age must be between 19-24 years.

The examination is conducted in the two stages as the Written and the SSB. The written examination contains the question of the General Knowledge, Mathematics and the English.

The candidate who qualifies in the written are eligible for the SSB and after qualifying in the SSB you are eligible for the recruitment in the Defence service in the Indian Army as an officer.
