I am kalpna, nd i am doing b.tech in electronics nd communication from jawahar lal nehru govt. Engg. College sundernagar. I want to go in indian army. Can i join indian army or not plzzz send me as fast as soon.

To join Indian Army the minimum qualification is 12th standard. And you are bachelor of Technology so you are eligible for this exam.first you crack the National defence academy exam know as NDA exam. Indian Army is one of the wing in NDA. NDA exam is conducted by UPSC.

Eligibility criteria:

Candidate should citizen of india.

Candidate should complete 12th standard from any recognized state board of india.

Candidate age limit should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.

Yes Definitely you can give CDS exam.
CDS stands for Combined defense services. this exam is conduct by UPSC twice in a year.

Eligibility Criteria For CDS is

candidate should be completed graduation with subject MATHS and PHYSICS, candidate who are appearing final year exam are also eligible

Age Limit

For IMA 19 to 24
For OTA 19 to 25
For NA 19 to 22
For AFA 19 to 23

Yes , you can join Indian Army after your B.tech through many entries. You can join through CDS ( Combined Defence Services) as an officer in Indian army .

The eligibility criteria is a graduation passed or in the final year of graduation with age between 21-25 years old.
The candidate must be unmarried Indian citizen.

You can also join through the technical stream as on your marks in B.tech---
TGC.
UES.

The CDS will be the best but you have to first qualify in the written then only you are eligible for SSB .But for other two you are directly eligible for SSB.

You can join in Indian Army after completing B.tech, you are eligible as per the education qualification. The procedure to join in Indian army is to write the entrance exam as per the qualification which you possess.

Having completed B.tech you can apply for CDS Exam which is being conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) and is held every year twice as CDS I and CDS II. This exam is one of the defence services exam.

Qualification Needed for CDS:

# Nationality standard needed is citizenship in India

# Age limit needed is 19-23 years

# Educational qualification needed is candidate should have completed a degree from a recognized university.

# Candidate should be physically fit.

There is two method through which you can join India Army.The first process to join Indian Army is to go through NDA(National defence academy) and the second process is through CDS (Combine defence service).
