How to join Ph.d in a good university after doing MBA?


I have done my mba. I want do PhD in good university, i am little bit confused about these information, please give me correct information about this and what are the syllabus for phd for accounts?

To get admission in PhD you have to give UGC NET exam which is conducted by CBSE. Candidates who have completed their post graduation with minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible for this exam. To get admission in a good college or institution you have to qualify in this exam with good marks. Thanks
