good mrng sir, i m a b.pharm fresher & i want to join in pharma industry,bt i v no reference.how can i join? is there any industry taking fresher without ref.?

It's right that small scale industries recruit freshers through reference, but many organizations recruit freshers only through proper recruitment process. So, it is not mandatory that you should have reference for getting job. If have good knowledge and skills in pharmacy, then you may get recruited by any organization. Many government and public sector companies publish recruitment through entrance exam and interview process to which you can also apply.
