There are numerous courses offered by numerous college/university for high government posts. You have to be precise with your question, on exactly what do you want in life as a career option!

One, thing is for sure that whichever degree course you choose, you will have to have a minimum Bachelors degree qualification.
Almost all Government sectors require candidates who have a background of commerce in their respective departments- accounts, administrative department etc.

If i name them all you will get more confused. You are choosing the wrong way to find a career for yourself. You shouldn't choose careers based on your streams. Rather, you should first choose a career or ambition and then choose the degree course which will help you become, what you want to be in your professional life. Then work towards that one goal.

The best way to tackle this is at first you decide where do you interest lies? Exactly what do you want to be in life? If you have problem choosing this. Look into yourself and see who are the people who motivate you more by the professional deeds and success. Who is your idol!
Where do you want to see yourself 5 years down the line. You won't like it, if one fine morning, you get up and realize that you have chosen the wrong profession for yourself.

Precaution is better than cure. And preparation and analysis is better than jumping on a decision mere on advices from others.

You are the best person to judge yourself! Nobody knows you better than you yourself. It is a matter of your career. Hence, i cannot guide you on mere my personal assumptions.
