How to join Punjab Police after completing B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering?


I have completed my b-tech in mechanical engg. In 2012 and i am 24 year old and wanted to join punjab police .please sugest me how can i join.

The best entrance examination to join Punjab Police will be Punjab Public Service Commission. This entrance examination will help you to get admission in top post of Punjab State Police. After certain years of service and departmental exam, you can be promoted to a rank equal to Indian Police Service Officer.

The eligibility criteria for this exam is bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Final year graduation candidates can also apply for this exam. The age limit is 21-37 years. Upper age relaxation applicable to candidates of reserved category.
