SBI ( State Bank of India ) and it is India's largest bank got nationlised in 1955.

There are about 13000 branches of SBI in urban and remote area.

There are about 13000 branches of State bank of India in India. These branches are expanding every year due to which SBI is considered to have maximum branches in India in comparison with other banks.

As of July data, there are about 18,354 branches of SBI in India.

If we talk about SBI branches worldwide, then there are about 22,500 branches.

SBI or State Bank of India is India's largest bank with 278000 employees, 420 million customers, about 24k branches and 59k ATMs at present.

SBI has its presence in about 37 countries.

SBI (State Bank of India) has many branches all over India.
There are more than 24000 SBI branches all over India. SBI branches are allocated in small villages also. It is largest bank of India which has lot of branches with the associated branches of SBI. There are 5 associate branches they are:
State Bank of Hyderabad
State Bank of Patiala
State Bank of Mysore
State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur
State Bank of Travancore

SBI is India's leading bank with penetration in remote areas.

Recently it has merged with it's five associate banks. The bank has around 24,000 branches in India and abroad.

On 1st April, 2017, State Bank of India merged with five of its Associate Banks (State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Patiala and State Bank of Travancore) and Bharatiya Mahila Bank with itself.

State Bank of India has entered the league of top 50 global banks with a balance sheet size of ₹33 trillion, 278,000 employees, 420 million customers, and more than 24,000 branches and 59,000 ATMs.

As you know that SBI(State Bank of India) is the India's largest bank. There are 22,500 branches and 5 associate banks in all over India even in the remote areas. SBI also have 191 foreign offices spread over 36 countries.

SBI stands for State Bank of India. There are 24,000 SBI branches. SBI is an Indian multinational public sector bank.

SBI is one of the India's largest bank with its branches grouped in 14 circles.It provide better banking facilities for public sector.

Hello friend,

SBI Stands for State Bank of India. It is India's top bank and one of the top 50 banks in the world. The total number of SBI Branches in country as well as overseas were 13000 earlier but the following banks have now been merged in SBI -

1. State Bank of Travancore
2. State Bank of Patiala
3. State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur
4. State Bank of Hyderabad
5. State Bank of Mysore
6. Bhartiya Mahila Bank

After merger of all the above listed bank into SBI, the bank now has 24000 branches in total. The Total Number of ATM's are 59000.
